The hotel location was great, as it was close to the bus station and central to the city attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure that we felt safe during our stay. Additionally, the hotel had hot water 24/7, which was much appreciated after a long day of exploring.

The room was not up to par. The bathroom was incredibly small and uncomfortable to use. The room itself was overcrowded with beds, leaving no space for anything else. In addition to this, there was no tea or coffee making facilities available. The lack of privacy was also disturbing, as staff members were constantly outside our window, creating noise and disturbance, even late at night.
